Heather Kelley Cmava

Heather Kelley has extensive work experience in financial management and leadership roles. Heather is currently the Director of Finance at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, where they oversee finance and accounting for a $500M business with a focus on growth and profitability. Previously, they worked as a Franchise Business Consultant at the Franchise Intelligence Team and provided CFO services to start-up and small businesses as a Fractional CFO. Heather also served as a Sr Credit Analyst at Golub Capital and as the Director of Finance at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Heather was a Vice President at CIT, where they led various finance transformation projects, and held the title of VP Operational Planning and Data Analytics at Fanatics, Inc., managing a large budget and team. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bell Partners Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer at Archway Marketing Services. Heather began their career as a VP & Lead Financial Officer at Ameriprise Financial, where they had financial management responsibilities for multiple functional areas. Heather holds an MBA, as well as certifications as a CMA and FMVA.

Heather Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics from Oakland University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued an MBA in International Business at Wayne State University from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2010 and as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute® in 2021.
