Jackie Hartling

Jackie Hartling has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jackie started their career at RVSI Systemation as a Staff Accountant, where they were responsible for financial reporting and month-end closing. Jackie then moved on to CD Medical as an Accountant, handling accounting functions as well as IT and HR responsibilities. Following this, Jackie joined Baker Healthcare DBA CD Medical, where they continued to work as an Accountant and coordinated the migration to new software.

In 2005, Jackie transitioned to Rexnord, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Jackie started as a Staff Accountant and eventually became the Assistant Controller, supporting the Controller with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Jackie later served as the Controller for the Conveying Equipment division, consolidating budget, forecast, and actual data for multiple countries. Jackie also acted as the Director of NA Operations and the Director of RBS - Global Chain, engaging in special projects and facilitating strategy deployment.

In 2016, Jackie joined Zurn Industries, LLC as the Manager of Financial Planning Analysis, overseeing financial planning and analysis activities. Later, they were promoted to the role of Controller, responsible for financial control and reporting. Most recently, Jackie has been appointed as the Director of Finance at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.

Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Jackie has also shown proficiency in software migration and process improvement.

Jackie Hartling earned an Associates degree in General studies from the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha County from 1996 to 1998. Jackie then went on to complete a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1998 to 2000.
