Kelly Gifford

Kelly Gifford currently serves as the Global Supply Chain and Operations Director at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly was the VP of Warehouse Distribution and Fulfillment Services at Wavepoint 3PL, overseeing operations across 19 warehouses with a commitment to safety and customer success. From May 2017 to May 2023, Kelly held the position of Director of Operations at Wabtec Corporation, where responsibilities included optimizing operations at fabrication plants and establishing key performance indicators and continuous improvement programs. Kelly’s extensive career includes roles at GE Transportation, CNH, and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, demonstrating a strong background in operations management, supply chain optimization, and customer satisfaction. Kelly holds an M.B.A. from Penn State University and dual bachelor’s degrees in International Business and International/Global Studies from Gannon University.
