YS Tham

YS Tham is currently the Head of People & Culture, having previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Executive. They began their HR career as an HR Assistant at Fitness First Malaysia and gained further experience as an HR Executive at ERM: Environmental Resources Management. YS earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HELP University and the University of East London, along with a Certified HR Manager credential from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. Their professional journey reflects a robust commitment to enhancing organizational culture and human resource management.
