Amy Bagge-Smith

Amy Bagge-Smith has held a variety of roles in the legal field since 2011. Amy began their career as an Associate Attorney at Scheldrup Blades, where they conducted depositions, prepared post-hearing briefs, and researched complex employment and litigation issues. In 2012, they became an Attorney at Kutak Rock, where they advised clients on intellectual property law, including transactional and operational matters, and assisted clients through the trademark clearance and registration process. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Attorney at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz, where they advised clients on intellectual property and information technology, prepared and negotiated multi-million dollar payment card processing service agreements, and prepared and implemented numerous information technology policies. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SigFig in various roles, including Associate General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Director. Finally, they are currently employed as Associate General Counsel at Zus Health.

Amy Bagge-Smith attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Amy then attended the University of Iowa College of Law from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Juris Doctrate.
