Yana Nedilia

Yana Nedilia currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Zutobi, a global edtech company focused on driver’s education through mobile and web applications, since September 2022. Previously, Yana held the position of HR Manager at EGO Creative Innovations from January 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment, enhancing candidate experiences, and assisting with employer branding initiatives. Prior to that, Yana worked as a Recruitment Researcher at Ciklum from July 2018 to December 2018, engaging in candidate sourcing and market research. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, obtained in 2017.
