Rachael Estess

Rachael Estess currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Zuub, leading all aspects of People Operations and Talent Acquisition since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a People Operations & Talent Consultant at Thalo Labs, focusing on engineering team growth and developing a talent acquisition strategy in New York City. Rachael's experience includes a position as a Recruiter at Propel, Inc, where 15+ employees were hired across various disciplines, and improvements in talent operations were implemented. Rachael also served as the Chief of Staff & People Operations Lead at Exygy, facilitating strategic vision while driving recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes a role as People Operations Manager at Exygy and as a Research Fellow at Motiis, where market research and profitable business models were developed. Rachael holds a degree in Political Science with an International Relations Certificate from the University of Florida.
