Philip Lurie started their work experience in 1978 as a Controller at Stuart's Furniture. Philip then moved on to Tel-ex'perts Inc in 1981, where they worked as a Principal until 1988. In 1990, Lurie became the CEO of ZUZA | Marketing Asset Management.
Philip Lurie attended the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa from 1969 to 1973, where they obtained a B.Com. CA.(SA.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
