Anita Moseley

Ms. Moseley has a broad range of experience in corporate development, technology, telecom and software, both in the U.S. and internationally. She has held a variety of positions in private legal practice and in-house, including serving as General Counsel for Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOL), where she guided the company through its initial public offering and several acquisitions. She currently provides business and legal consulting services to technology companies in the Denver metro-area.
