Operations and Strategy

The Operations and Strategy team at Zvijezda is responsible for overseeing the efficient production and distribution of edible oils, margarine, and mayonnaise products. They develop strategic initiatives to optimize operations, manage trading and sales activities, and ensure maintenance and energy efficiency across all facilities. This team collaborates closely with research and development to innovate product offerings and expand into special channels and export markets.
