Lars Rompe

Lars Rompe is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in establishing and transforming procurement functions across diverse industries. Currently serving as an interim Procurement Officer at zvoove Group GmbH, Lars is tasked with developing a centralized procurement function and implementing key initiatives. As the founder and Managing Director of ADDRED Business Consult since 2005, Lars specializes in procurement excellence and supply chain management. Previous roles include Procurement & Transformation Manager at Oiltanking, where Lars renegotiated global supplier contracts and led organizational change, and Head of Procurement at Avira, where Lars launched a global procurement department. Lars holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universität Hildesheim and has a strong background in procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, and digitization initiatives.
