David Boyce

David Boyce has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David began their career at Lexis Nexis as a Legal Consultant-Customer Support, where they excelled in legal research and drafting legal memorandums. David then joined Parry, Deering, Futscher & Sparks PSC as an Associate Attorney, specializing in civil trial practices. At Nielson & Sherry PSC (which later merged into Reimer Law Co.), David served as a Senior Associate Attorney and Legal Default Manager, representing and counseling mortgage lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Most recently, they held the position of Managing Attorney-Kentucky at Reimer Law Co., where they maintained effective management of the firm's practice, ensured compliance with complex laws and regulations, and represented national and local mortgage lenders in foreclosure proceedings. Currently, David is serving as the AVP Litigation Operations at Zwicker & Associates, P.C.

David Boyce obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, David has obtained several certifications, including being licensed by the State Bar of Texas, licensed by the Federal Bar in Eastern and Western District of Kentucky, licensed by the State Bar of Kentucky through the Kentucky Bar Association, and licensed by the State Bar of West Virginia through The West Virginia State Bar.
