Julie McLaughlin

Julie McLaughlin is the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Zwicker & Associates. Julie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held positions at Walmart, Equity Investment Group, Avery Dennison, and Altaquip. Julie was recruited by the President of Altaquip to "reinvent" the Human Resources Department for a multi-site operation with a fluctuating employee base. At Avery Dennison, they were recruited as a subject matter expert in employee relations to assist in improving engagement and to realign with the company's overall Business Plan. Julie has also served on the North American Strategy Team for Walmart, where they collaborated with other international leaders and analyzed and developed new policies and procedures.

Julie McLaughlin has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/ Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington.

Their manager is Alison Mason, Senior Vice President. They are on a team with John Szalicki - Assistant Vice President, Talent Management, Dawn Valverde - Vice President, Wellness & Employee Engagement, and Joe Willis - Human Resources, Vice President.
