Julie Martins

Julie Martins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support and management. At Zwift since July 2017, Julie has held multiple roles, including Sr. Community Support Specialist and Community Support Agent, focusing on enhancing user engagement and support. Prior to Zwift, Julie managed PORTFOLIO COFFEEHOUSE, LLC from November 2007 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees, conducting hiring and training, and managing inventory. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, and previously attended Cerritos College.
