Daniel de Zayas

Daniel de Zayas is an attorney at ZwillGen since August 2020, specializing in law enforcement and civil requests, gaming and gambling, and consumer protection. Previously, Daniel served as a Fellow and Research Assistant at American University Washington College of Law from June 2018 to June 2020, focusing on data privacy, criminal procedure, and content moderation. Daniel also gained experience as a Summer Legal Intern at ZwillGen and a Law Clerk at the Electronic Privacy Information Center, where tasks included drafting comments on drone security standards. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies with a minor in Terrorism Studies from the University of Central Florida.
