Mason Weisz is a seasoned Privacy, Data Protection, and Technology Lawyer at ZwillGen since August 2013, specializing in creating business-friendly strategies for navigating U.S. and foreign privacy laws while also focusing on complex privacy and Internet issues. Mason has a solid background with previous roles including Counsel at ZwillGen, Chair of the Privacy Subcommittee for the Information Technology Law Committee at the NYC Bar Association from December 2012 to September 2014, and an Associate in the Global Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at Hunton & Williams LLP. Mason's legal career began as a Law Clerk for the New York State Attorney General's Internet Bureau and the Israel Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor's Foreign Trade Administration, among other positions. Mason holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Spanish with a minor in French from The University of Texas at Austin, having also studied at Universitat de Valencia in Spain.
