Joel Stone

Joel Stone is a seasoned professional in the fields of biotechnology and renewable energy, currently serving as President and Executive Director of Climate Systems Solutions since November 2022, where the focus is on low carbon intensity operations and soil health education. With experience that spans over a decade as President of ConVergInce Advisers, Joel has assisted technology clients in industrial biotechnology and the bioeconomy. Holding positions such as Project Director at Lee Enterprises Consulting and Member of the Board of Directors at BioIntelligence Technologies, Joel is actively engaged in innovative solutions for industrial bioprocesses. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at ZwitterCo, Board Member at Fermentum, and leadership positions at Green Biologics Ltd and Osage Bio Energy. Joel holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.
