Racem Guirat has extensive experience in the field of energy and building automation. Currently serving as a Fachplaner im Gewerk Gebäudeautomation at ZWP Ingenieur-AG since January 2024, Racem previously worked at EINHUNDERT as a Planer für Photovoltaikanlagen und Mieterstromanlagen from May 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that role, Racem gained hands-on experience as a Werkstudent in the Photovoltaik Bereich at Intelli Projekt, where responsibilities included the creation of PV assessments using PVSol and the development of training materials. Racem also completed a Fachpraktikum in the industry focused on photovoltaics and participated in an Ausbildungskurs with SOTORAGELEC, emphasizing skills in electrical installation. Racem holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Energy) from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, completed in November 2023.

The company was founded in 1983 and became ZWP Ingenieur-AG in 2009. With a mutual shareholding in BPR Dr. Schäpertöns Consult GmbH & Co. KG, we have been offering all engineering services for the fields of buildings, transport, energy and the environment from a single source as a holistic planning partner at more than 20 locations in Germany with around 700 employees* since 2015.
