Sunaina Kokal

Sunaina Kokal has worked in the software engineering field since 2004. Sunaina began their career at Aspect Software, then moved to LSI Software in 2006. In 2008, they joined Aruba Networks as a S/W Engineer, where they managed a front end team of six engineers and hired three excellent programmers. In 2014, they joined RetailNext as a Software Engineer, where they built and maintained a cloud framework supporting in-store analytics for retailers. In 2019, they became a Sr. Software Engineer at Walmart, where they worked on a stealth project setting up an entire staging center in San Jose and improved team productivity by 50%. In 2020, they joined ZYCADA as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2021, they joined Arkose Labs as a Staff Engineer and then a Senior Software Engineer.

Sunaina Kokal obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women between 1997 and 2001. Sunaina then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University between 2003 and 2005.
