Goureya Thankar

Goureya Thankar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as Principal Manager - Product Development at Zycus since January 2017. In this role, Goureya oversees a team of 25-30 development and QC engineers, focusing on feature delivery, product re-architecture, and incorporating user experience feedback. Prior to this, Goureya held the position of Sr Product Development Manager at Zycus, managing a smaller team and ensuring comprehensive end-to-end project deliveries. Goureya's earlier career includes a Technical Lead role at LogiNext, where architectural improvements for logistics software were implemented, and various leadership positions at Germin8, where Goureya managed engineering teams, facilitated scrum practices, and developed an automation framework. Goureya began the career as a Software Engineer after earning a B.E. in Information Technology from St Francis IoT in 2005.
