Manthar Ghodwinde

Manthar Ghodwinde serves as the Deputy General Manager - Roads Vertical at Zydex Industries since November 2024, overseeing the Bitumen Additives, Emulsions, and Soil Stabilization business in Maharashtra while formulating strategic plans for growth and market expansion. Prior to this, Manthar held various positions at MBCC Group from September 2020 to December 2024, including Cluster Sales Head for Mumbai & North Maharashtra and Sales Manager focused on the Waterproofing segment. Earlier roles included Assistant Sales Manager at BASF from April 2019 to September 2020 and Senior Research Executive at BASF The Chemical Company from May 2010 to March 2019. Manthar holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Ramnarain Ruia College.
