Dattesh Shah

Dattesh Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Dattesh started their career in 1994 as a Sr. Executive - HR at Reliance Industries Ltd. Dattesh later joined ABB as a Manager - HR in 1998 and stayed there until 2004. After that, they worked at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Manager - Corporate HR. In 2006, they became a Consultant at HR Footprints Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Dattesh then moved to AREVA T&D India Ltd. (now GE Grid Solutions Ltd.) as a Sr. Manager - HR from 2007 to 2010. Dattesh then joined CEAT Tyres Limited as the General Manager & Head - HR from 2010 to 2016. Dattesh later worked at PI Industries Ltd as an Asst.Vice President - Human Resources from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Head - HR (API Division) at Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd, part of the Zydus Group, starting in 2020.

Dattesh Shah completed their Master's in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Human Resource Management from both the Faculty of Social Work at MS University Baroda and Maharaja Sayajirao Universities during the years 1992 to 1994.
