Sapan Parikh

Sapan Parikh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sapan is currently working as the Vice President & Head - Project Management at Zydus Group since April 2022. Prior to joining Zydus Group, Sapan held positions at SUN PHARMA, where they served as the Senior General Manager and Head - Project Management Advanced Markets from January 2021 to March 2022. Sapan also worked as the Director and Head - Supply Chain, Project and Portfolio Sun Pharma Japan from March 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they held the role of Director - Project and Portfolio Sun Pharma Japan from December 2016 to February 2018. Sapan's experience at SUN PHARMA also includes serving as DGM - R&D Operations Sun Pharma India from August 2014 to December 2016 and Program Manager Sun India from July 2012 to July 2014. Sapan has also worked at Pola Pharma as the Head Procurement and Supply Chain from April 2019 to December 2019 and at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Project Manager from June 2005 to July 2012.

Sapan Parikh completed a Professional Certificate Program in Supply Chain Strategy and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research from 2003 to 2005. Sapan also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from Smriti College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Indore, which they earned from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they completed a Senior Leader Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018. Sapan Parikh completed their secondary education at St Mary's Convent School, Ujjain, where they received an H.S.C. (Science stream) in 1998 and an S.S.C. (Mathematics) in 1997.
