Karan Singh has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Karan started their career as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Cama Group of Hotels in 2005, where they managed duty rosters and coffee shop operations. Karan then worked as a Banquet Captain at Pride Group Of Hotels in 2007, where they handled end-to-end management of banquets and organized events. In 2007, they joined Graviss Hospitality Limited as a Senior Captain, responsible for menu planning, team recruitment and training, and supervision of food services. From 2009 to 2012, Karan served as an Operations Manager at Seasoning’s Catering and Eatery, focusing on market research, business development, and compliance with legal and safety practices. Karan then joined Havmor Pvt Ltd as a Restaurant Manager in 2012, where they contributed to the establishment of the business and ensured efficiency and quality standards. Karan later worked as the Operations Manager at MB's Foodism from 2014 to 2017, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head F&B at Zydus Hospital Vadodara since January 2022, where they manage the food and beverage operations across the hospital and conducts quality audits.
