Rikke Sønderby

Rikke Sønderby has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Rikke is currently the Head of HR & Administration at Zylinc since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Newsec Advisory A/S from February 2019 to May 2022. Rikke also worked as an HR-Partner at Scalepoint Technologies from August 2017 to January 2019. Rikke served as the HR & People Development Manager at Hellerup Finans from May 2015 to May 2017. Rikke also has experience as an Interim General Manager at Rovsing Business Academy/Hellerup Finans from March 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they worked as an Independent consultant, specializing in owner and senior consultancy from 2010 to May 2014. Rikke has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Activatum, delivering training and coaching on sales development and strategies from November 2006 to November 2010. Rikke has previous experience as an Area Manager SMB at Microsoft from February 1999 to January 2006, and as a Consultant at EES/Export Promotion Denmark from January 1998 to January 1999. Rikke's early experience includes working as a Commercial Attaché at the Royal Danish Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, from August 1994 to July 1997, where they managed employees, participated in political events, and sold export consultancy services to Danish export companies.

Rikke Sønderby has a Bachelor's Degree in EE and International Sales/Marketing from the Danish Export Academy. In 2012, they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Process og Forretningsudvikling at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi. In 2013, they received accreditation as a Trainer in Customised Sales Training & Coaching from Prosell. Rikke also holds an Imparta Accredited Facilitator qualification from Imparta Capability Building in 2007. Rikke obtained a Master's certification in optimizing HR processes from Master DK in 2007. Additionally, Rikke Sønderby completed a Bachelor's Degree in EE and International Sales/Marketing from the Export Academy in 1991-1992.
