Ellen Nielsen

Ellen Nielsen, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of work experience in human resources and talent management. Ellen began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator for BleekeDillonCrandall Attorneys. In 2009, they moved to Monroe Hospital as a Human Resources Representative. In 2012, Ellen held the position of Central Indiana Employee Advocacy & Retention Specialist at Teachers Credit Union. Ellen then worked as a Human Resources Manager at American Environmental Corporation from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, Ellen joined Springbuk® as a Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Talent and Culture at Curvo Labs. Currently, Ellen is a Sr. Director of Talent at Zylo.

Ellen Nielsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2009. Ellen also holds a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
