Nicole Tawney

Nicole Tawney has had a varied work experience, predominantly in event and marketing roles. Nicole'smost recent position is at Zylo as Events & Field Marketing Lead, managing all aspects of event production. Prior to this, they worked at Kareo, where they managed internal and external events, launched virtual events during the pandemic, developed social media content calendars, and supported product go-to-markets. Nicole has also worked as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at The ACE Agency, a Marketing Sales Coordinator at OC Weekly, and an Assistant Account Executive at Top Shelf Digital & Social Media Marketing. Nicole began their career in public relations and marketing, with roles at Bolt Public Relations, Monique Jones PR, and J Public Relations. Nicole has a wealth of experience in social media, event planning, and account coordination.

Nicole Tawney received their high school education at Flint Hill High School. Nicole then went on to attend San Diego State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. During their time at SDSU, they also studied International Relations and Affairs at the University of Oxford in 2011.
