Steven Wong

Steven Wong worked at Zymo Research Corp from 2012 to present, where they served as Technical Support Manager. Steven'sresponsibilities included focusing on team member development, training, and coaching, building and compiling a growing repository of training material, and streamlining team support activities and processes. Prior to this role, they worked at Zymo Research from 2008 to 2012 as a Senior Research Associate. Steven'sduties included involvement in the design and development of commercial kits for the sample processing, isolation, and purification of DNA from a variety of source materials, managing technical inquiries and providing technical support to customers, and generating leads at industry meetings and tradeshows.
