Wendy U.

Wendy U. has a long history of work experience, having worked in various roles since 2001. Wendy began their career as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Wendy then moved to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Sponsored Research Assistant. In 2004, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Two years later, Wendy took a role as a Research Assistant III at Harvard Medical School. In 2008, they were hired as a Research Associate at Genzyme (now Sanofi). Wendy then moved to ATCC, where they worked as a Lead Biologist. In 2011, Wendy took on the role of Senior Research Associate 3 at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. In 2013, they returned to UC Irvine as a Graduate Research Assistant. In 2018, Wendy began working at UC Irvine as a Postdoctoral Researcher, while also taking on roles as a Scientist and Senior Scientist at Zymo Research Corp.

Wendy U. has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biomedical Sciences from UC Irvine, a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Science - MS in Molecular Biosciences and Bioengineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
