Terry Hurst

Terry Hurst is the General Manager of Australia at Zynerba Pharma. Terry has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Terry started their career as a Research Scientist at The University of Queensland, where they later became the Facilities & Research Manager for the School of Medicine. In 1999, they took on a secondment as an Implementation Project Manager.

In 2002, they joined Q-Pharm Pty Limited as the Manager of Business Services. Terry was promoted to General Manager in 2005 and then to CEO in 2008. Terry was responsible for the development, implementation and management of the company’s business, strategic, and operational plans. Terry provided leadership to build and maintain an enthusiastic team with a common vision and set of values that enabled the delivery of the company’s objectives, goals and milestones.

Terry left Q-Pharm in 2016 to join Prudentia Clinical Pty Ltd as a Director. In 2018, they became the General Manager of Australia at Zynerba Pharma.

Terry Hurst completed a Bachelor of Science at The University of Queensland, majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology.

Terry Hurst reports to Armando Anido, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Donna Gutterman - VP, Medical, Albert P. Parker - Chief Legal Officer, and Stephen O’Quinn - VP, Medical Affairs.
