Amruth Varshan

Amruth Varshan currently serves as a Senior Game Designer at Zynga since December 2025, following a role as a Senior Level Designer at Rovio Entertainment from December 2022 to December 2025. At Rovio, Amruth contributed to optimizing content management processes, enhancing editor tools, and onboarding new hires. Previously, Amruth was a Narrative Designer at Zynga from September 2019 to October 2022, creating detailed design documents and implementing narrative systems for live games. Earlier experience includes a position as a Game Tester at Ubisoft, where proficiency with Jira and game debugging was developed, and a Head of Content role at DataTracks, overseeing editorial content and company communications. Amruth began a career in content writing at Freshworks, progressing from a Marketing Intern to a Content Writer, focusing on diverse marketing collateral. Amruth holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, and completed high school education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Anna Gem Science Park.
