Pingaksh Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and user acquisition, currently serving as Senior Growth & Marketing Lead at Zynga since 2019. Previously, Pingaksh worked at WinZO Games as AVP Marketing, leading performance marketing efforts for India's largest social gaming platform. Additionally, Pingaksh has contributed significantly as a mentor for startups through 91springboard and the Atal Innovation Mission, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in India. Founding Smash It Digitally, Pingaksh assisted early-stage startups with digital marketing strategies. Other roles include digital marketing management at ZO Rooms, Shuttl, and Startup Labs Infotech, along with foundational experiences at LucideusTech and TEDx Jaipur. Pingaksh holds an Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology.
