Danette Estrella-CPC, ELI-MP is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Zyris Dental since June 2022, Danette also operates Danette Estrella Coaching & Consulting Services, providing personal and corporate coaching alongside talent management consulting. As a Wellness Consultant and Certified Essential Oil Specialist for doTERRA International LLC since February 2017, Danette integrates wellness into professional development. Additionally, Danette has been a yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer since September 2013, offering various fitness classes both onsite and virtually. Danette's prior roles include HR positions across different industries, contributing significantly to the growth of start-ups to mature businesses. Educational credentials include training from iPEC Coaching, UC Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara City College.
