John Horton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Zyris, Inc. since October 2015, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles including Principal Consultant and Agile and Lean Coach at Senex Rex, where large software organizations and scaling startups were transformed through a metrics-driven approach. Prior roles include Director of Product Development at Citrix Online for collaboration products, VP of Product Development at Persistent Systems overseeing a successful integration of Paxonix, and key contributions as Founding Team member and VP of Product Development at Paxonix, which leveraged cloud technologies for major brands. Early in their career, John Horton founded Hware Consulting, a technology and business consulting firm. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Sonoma State University.
