Shannon Pagels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Owner at Zywave since February 2022, Shannon previously held roles at DentaQuest as a Business Analyst, where responsibilities included gap analysis and user interviews, and at Skyline Technologies as a Business Analyst II and Scrum Master. Shannon began a career at Zywave in 2009, undertaking various roles that involved requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and training. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Grand Valley State University and has also studied at Kingston University.
