Jessica Allen has a diverse background in human resources and automation, with extensive experience at notable companies. From August 2022 to February 2025, Jessica served as a Sr. Product Owner and Sr. Global HRIS Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc. Prior to that role, Jessica worked at Tyler Technologies from May 2016 to August 2022 as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, Automation Engineer, and Automation Developer.
