To that end, the CPO role is absolutely vital,” said Shashank Samant, CEO, GlobalLogic. “We are thankful to Bonnie Helton for the many fantastic contributions she made in creating an amazing HR function at GlobalLogic — and we’re very excited to have Amy Hanlon-Rodemich on board to take our program to the next level. Amy’s experience promises a fresh and innovative perspective, which is invaluable at this juncture of our growth.”
