KnectIQ Hires Anna Harrington as Chief Operating Officer

Cybersecurity startup KnectIQ announced that Anna Harrington will be joining its leadership team as COO.

A veteran in the financial services industry, Harrington has served in leadership positions at various financial institutions and consulting firms. She was a Partner at Andersen Consulting (Accenture's predecessor), then moved to Morgan Stanley to become a Managing Director in Operational Risk and Operations. The Wharton graduate has also served at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Promontory Financial Group, and Citi.

"We are excited Anna Harrington has joined our leadership team to assist the company as we prepare for the next phase of significant growth," KnectIQ Founder and CEO Ken Morris said in a press release.

KnectIQ is a privately held company focused on innovation in the cybersecurity space. It works closely with government, banking and finance and healthcare institutions to secure data and assure network safety.

"With experience as a strategic project manager, operations manager, and consultant, I look forward to putting in place the processes and procedures necessary to scale KnectIQ's business for growth while managing risk and controls," Harrington said.
