1. Google Exec Joins Robinhood as First-Ever CPO

Robinhood announced Thursday that Aparna Chennapragada has joined the company as its first-ever Chief Product Officer. In her new role, Chennapragada oversees all of Robinhood’s product, design, and research.

2. L Brands founder Leslie Wexner will step down from the Board, and Permanently Leave Victoria’s Secret

L Brands Chairman Emeritus and former CEO Leslie Wexner, and his wife, Abigail Wexner, will leave the L Brands board. They will not stand for re-election in the shareholders meeting in May. The man behind Victoria’s Secret’s initial success has been under controversy for his relationship with Jeffery Epstein, which forced him to step down as CEO last year.

3. Visa Appoints New Diversity and Corporate Responsibility Leader

Visa has a new member of its Executive Committee with the appointment of Michelle Gethers-Clark as the financial titan’s Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility. She will officially join the company in May and report directly to Chairman and CEO Al Kelly.

Headspace has revealed that Val Kaplan Zapata is joining the company as its new Chief Marketing Officer in April 2021. She will join the company’s senior leadership team and report to CEO CeCe Morken.

Melissa Schoeb has joined Nokia as the company’s new Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, a position that places her at the forefront of the Finnish tech titan’s communications, government relations, brand, and sustainability efforts. She will be based out of the company headquarters in Espoo, Finland, and report to Nokia’s President and CEO, Pekka Lundmark.

The Board of Directors at Danone, the French multinational food-products company behind Evian water, Activia yoghurt and Alpro soy milk, confirmed that Emmanuel Faber will step down as CEO and chairman. Gilles Schnepp, a Director who joined last year, is appointed as non-executive chairman, effective immediately.
