MGM Studios confirmed that Steve Stark is leaving his role as president of MGM/UA Television and returning to producing. Source | Full Story

Sony Pictures Entertainment announced that Ravi Ahuja has been named Chairman, Global Television Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment Corporate Development, effective March 15, 2021. Source | Full Story

The New York Times has revealed that announced Beth Brooke has been nominated as a Director, replacing Robert E. Denham who plans to retire. Source | Full Story

Comcast's adverstising unit has appointed Pooja Midha to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer. Most recently, Midha served as President of advertising technology company TrueX. Source

Caffeine, a social broadcasting company, announced it hired two unscripted TV’s veteran executives. Tori Socha joins the company as Chief Content Officer and Ilia heads production as Vice President of Caffeine Studios. Source

ASM Global revealed that Ron Bension has been appointed to the position of President and CEO and will assume his new role immediately. Prior to this, he held President and CEO roles across a distinguished set of public and private companies including at Tickets.com, GameWorks, MCA Recreation Group and Universal Studios Hollywood. Esports Technologies announced the appointment of Christopher Downs to its Board of Directors, effective March 5, 2021. Downs currently serves as the CFO for CNS Pharmaceuticals. Source

B Entertainment today announced that Chris Phillips will be joining B Entertainment as President, effective April 1, 2021. Phillips previously managed major professional entertainment properties including minor league affiliates of the Colorado Rockies and Milwaukee Brewers. Source

Paramount Pictures veteran Lee Rosenthal will leave his post as the head of physical production. Rosenthal joined Paramount Pictures in 1994 and held his current role for more than a decade. Source

Lionsgate Motion Picture Group's head of worldwide marketing, Damon Wolf,is exiting his role. The company is yet to announce a replacement. Source

Roku has recruited Colin Davis, the former comedy chief at Quibi, to help manage the content Roku acquired from the now defunct shortform video service. Source

Roku has hired Quibi veteran Brian Tannenbaum to head up alternative content for The Roku Channel. Source

Unanimous Media has promoted creative executive Jenelle Lindsay to EVP of Film and Television EVP and hire Brian Tetsuro Ivie as a Creative Producer for Film and Television. Source
