Kai-Fu Lee

Kai-Fu Lee, currently the CEO of 01.AI, founded the company in April 2023 with Sinovation AI Institute. Prior to this role, Lee served as Chairman & CEO of Sinovation Ventures, a prominent Chinese technology venture capital firm. Kai-Fu also held leadership positions at Google, Microsoft, SGI, and Apple, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and user interface technologies. With a Ph.D. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University and an A.B. in Computer Science from Columbia University, Lee has a strong background in research, teaching, and building successful tech companies.
