David Goldberg

David Goldberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently a Co-Founder at Macro, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Core Contributor at Synthetix from December 2020 to November 2021. David was also a Founder Fellow at On Deck from June 2020 to August 2020.

Before their involvement in the startup world, David worked as a Software Engineer at Salesforce from November 2015 to February 2020. At Salesforce, they focused on the Sales Cloud team and was responsible for developing features and building custom MVC architecture using JavaScript, Java, and Apex.

David also has experience as a Co-Founder at Bloctrax from January 2018 to December 2018. David taught web application development as a Software Engineer & Hacker in Residence at Hack Reactor for a brief period from June 2015 to November 2015.

In the earlier stages of their career, David worked as an Asset Operations Manager at Metropolitan Capital Bank & Trust from 2012 to 2014. David also served as a National Account Manager at Redwood Logistics (formerly TSE) from 2010 to 2012, where they were recognized as the 2011 National Account Manager of the Year for exceeding financial objectives and sales goals.

David began their career as an Intern in Financial Analysis at UBS in 2010 and as an Intern in Live Cattle Futures at CME Group in 2009.

David Goldberg attended Deerfield High School from 2002 to 2006, where they studied a general high school curriculum. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance. David completed their undergraduate education in 2010. In 2015, David attended Hack Reactor for an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive program, although the field of study is not specified.
