Roy Montclair

Roy Montclair has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Roy is currently working as the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at SeekWell since November 2023. Previously, they held the same position at 1-800 CONTACTS starting from May 2018. Before that, they served as the VP, Deputy General Counsel at 1-800 CONTACTS from July 2015 to May 2018. Prior to their tenure at 1-800 CONTACTS, they worked as the VP, Interim General Counsel and Managing Associate General Counsel at 1-800 CONTACTS from 2001 to 2015. In their earlier career, they were a Managing Associate Attorney at Snow Nuffer from 1998 to 2001. Roy also served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Utah Attorney General Office from 1995 to 1998 and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Utah County District Court from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they have held positions at American Indian Services, Utah State Youth Corrections, Shopko, and Brigham Young University.

Roy Montclair holds a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from BYU Law School, which they earned from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1984 to 1990. Roy completed their secondary education at Snake River High School, graduating with a high school diploma from 1978 to 1981.
