Scott Osmond has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Scott started their career as a Controller/CFO at HYATS, LLC, where they oversaw various financial operations and successfully led the company's sale in 2009. Osmond later joined Sopra Brands as the Director of Finance, responsible for financial management, reporting, and training for franchisees.

In 2010, Osmond transitioned to 1-800 CONTACTS and held several positions, including Sr. Financial Analyst/Associate Director, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
