Joseph Rowland

Joseph is responsible for leading the business strategy, advancing product innovation, and driving growth across the company’s Gourmet Foods and Gift Baskets segment, which includes more than half a dozen brands such as Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, Vital Choice, Wolferman’s Bakery, and more. He also oversees the company’s wholesale and DesignPac businesses.

Joseph has extensive leadership experience in direct-to-consumer product businesses with a successful track record of building and enhancing marketing capabilities as well as developing systems and processes to scale operations and support growth. Prior to joining 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. in July 2022, Joseph served as President, Puritan’s Pride at The Bountiful Company where he was responsible for driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, building e-commerce strategy, and significantly refocusing the brand’s digital marketing strategies. He also spent more than a decade at Bed Bath & Beyond, holding roles of increasing responsibility culminating with his leading the launch and providing ongoing management oversight of the company’s e-commerce channel, including its fulfillment, contact center, and merchandising operations.

Joseph received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
