Currently serving as Senior Manager of Design & Brand Communications at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., Kate focuses on enhancing employee performance and learning across the company's brands. As the Founder and Consultant at Thinking Cap Training, Kate aids individuals in reimagining their personal and professional journeys. Past leadership roles include serving as President of ATD Long Island, overseeing strategic initiatives for member engagement and communication. With prior experience in operational management, curriculum development, and marketing across various organizations, including Choice Logistics and ALM Legal Intelligence, Kate brings a wealth of expertise in fostering organizational effectiveness and development. Kate holds an MBA in Executive Management from Pace University and a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Business Management from New York University.
