Susanna Kipfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and franchise engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Franchise Engagement at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? since May 2017, Susanna is dedicated to enhancing the employment experience for franchise partners and managers through coaching and best practices. Prior to this role, Susanna spent over a decade at EF Education First, progressing through various positions including Head of People Operations and Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included HR functions, partnership development, and strategic planning. Susanna's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Boston College and additional studies at Humber College.
