Kate Schamanek

Kate Schamanek has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at 1-800 Hansons, LLC since July 2018, and previously held the role of Human Resources Director in the same organization. As the Owner and Managing Partner of Advance Management Solutions Group since June 2009, Kate has demonstrated leadership in HR consultancy. Prior positions include HR Generalist/Recruiter at Autism Home Support Services, Inc., and Human Resource Manager roles at Fox Run Village and Trinity Health Senior Communities. Kate began HR career at Mott Community College as Supervisor-HR Operations/Staffing Specialist. Academic achievements include a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
