Gwendolyn Pearce

Gwendolyn Pearce, MSHRE, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Somerset Hardwood Flooring since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Gwendolyn previously held the position of HR Director at BrightSpring Health Services from November 2021 to January 2024 and served as Sr. HR Manager and HRBP for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from July 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing HR strategy and operations in Kentucky. At QSR Automations, from March 2016 to July 2019, Gwendolyn was instrumental in establishing the organization's first HR department. Prior positions include Human Resources Director/VP of HR at A. Arnold World Class Relocation, Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at V-Soft Consulting Group, Sr. Manager of HR at Procarent, and HR/Recruitment Team Lead at Flextronics RTS. Gwendolyn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of Louisville.
