Dane Baxter's work experience begins in 2004 as an Accounting Specialist at Discover Financial Services, where they were responsible for maintaining and processing expense reports and invoices, along with other administrative tasks. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Staff Auditor at Heinfeld, Meech & Co, performing governmental audits and providing consulting services to municipalities, counties, and school districts. In 2013, they became a Senior Associate at CliftonLarsonAllen, where they managed staff and audited financial statements for clients. In 2014, they joined 1800Accountant as a Dedicated Accountant, advising clients on tax classifications, running payroll, and creating business plans. Dane then worked as an Experienced Auditor at Henry and Horne LLP from 2016 to 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Accounting Budget Coordinator at Gilbert Public Schools, and concurrently worked as a Finance Manager at AGUA FRIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, both involving budget preparation, compliance, and financial oversight. In 2019, they became the Executive Director of Business Services at Glendale Union High School District, where they assist in financial reporting, department oversight, and budget preparation.
Dane Baxter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in an unknown year, as well as Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2010 and 2012, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University between 2006 and 2008.
